Qualifications

• 1–5 years in Telesales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in International BPO or UK Process preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and closing abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with business customers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B sales opportunities through outbound calls in the UK market.
• Contact prospective businesses and identify their energy requirements.
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
• Recommend suitable business energy solutions based on customer needs.
• Present products and services confidently over the phone.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
