Job summary

BECO, a Mumbai-based home care brand, is seeking an entry-level role to support B2B operations. You will coordinate with the sales team to understand client needs, assist in daily B2B tasks, and help maintain strong relationships with clients.

You will work with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, order fulfillment, and timely communication. Proficiency in MS Excel is advantageous for handling data and reports.

Qualifications

• Assist in coordinating with the sales team to understand client needs and facilitate smooth communication between the company and its B2B clients.
• Assist in the day-to-day activities of B2B operations, including order processing, inventory management, payment recovery and customer service tasks.
• Aid in maintaining positive relationships with B2B clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Gain understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to B2B clients.
• Work closely with various departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to coordinate efforts and achieve B2B objectives.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel would be advantageous.
