Job summary

Dignifyd Io in Delhi is seeking a Graduate with 1+ year of experience in B2B collections to join our accounts team at Vasant Kunj. The role focuses on payment follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp and email, and coordinating for disputes.

You will track pending invoices, perform reconciliations, send reminders and escalate unresolved accounts. Strong communication and MS Excel skills are essential, with basic accounts knowledge preferred; 6-day work week.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1+ year of experience in B2B collections.
