Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a walk-in interview for an Azure Windows Admin Lead in Bengaluru. The role requires 8–16 years of hands-on experience in managing Azure Compute, Windows VMs, and storage performance. Candidates will work on VM scale sets, encryption, and storage optimization across cloud environments.

Location is Bengaluru/Chennai with on-site engagement. The opening targets senior cloud professionals familiar with Azure security and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 8–16 years of experience in Azure Windows administration.
• Experience with VM scale sets, load balancing, and encryption tech.
• Walk-in interview in Bengaluru for Azure Windows Admin Lead.

Responsibilities

• Builds infrastructure on Azure Cloud by configuring Compute and Storage services.
• Create/Manage Windows Virtual Machines and load balancing across VMs in AV set.
• Manage VM scale sets with auto-scaling rules.
• Handle Azure Disk Encryption using BitLocker (Windows) and DM-Crypt (Linux).
• Oversee Windows Compute (VMs) and Storage performance.
• Advise customers on Storage usage and IOPS performance.
• Operate Azure Storage via Storage Explorer, AZCopy, PowerShell, CLI, etc.

Walk-in Interview for Azure Windows Admin Lead in Bengaluru

• Building Infrastructure on Azure Cloud which involves configuring\managing Compute and Storage services..
• Create\Manage Windows Virtual Machines in Availability Set and load balancing the traffic between the VMs in AV set
• Creating\Managing Windows Virtual Machines Scale Set with more granular auto-scaling rules
• Manage Azure Disk Encryption using Bit locker in Windows and DM-Crypt in Linux OS.
• Closely worked on both Windows Compute (VMs) and Storage Performance.
• Guide customers regarding usage and performance on Storage and IOPS.
• Manage Azure Storage using different platforms (Storage Explorer, AZ copy, PowerShell, CLI etc.)
• Manage Azure Disk Encryption using Bit locker in Windows and DM-Crypt in Linux OS.
