Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Pune, India seeks a seasoned Azure migration specialist to lead end-to-end server migrations to Azure. You will plan, execute, and optimize migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and alignment with security and HA best practices.

Responsibilities include using Azure Migrate for discovery and assessment, managing ASR replication and cutover, and collaborating with application and infra teams to deliver reliable cloud lift-and-shift projects.

• Perform discovery, assessment, and migration planning using Azure Migrate
• Execute agent-based and agentless migrations for Windows workloads
• Manage Azure Site Recovery (ASR) replication, failover, and cutover activities
• Optimize VM sizing, storage, and networking in Azure; Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Implement best practices for security, high availability, and performance
• Document migration processes, runbooks, and SOPs
• Collaborate with application and infra teams
