iLink Digital is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Migration Engineer to lead Windows/Linux server migrations to Microsoft Azure. You will perform discovery, dependency mapping, and migration planning, using Azure Migrate to plan and execute cutovers.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Azure services, networking, backup/DR, and scripting for automation. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration delivery, monitor performance and costs, and develop

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of overall IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or migration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and end-to-end cloud migration projects.
• Proven experience using Azure Migrate for assessment, replication, and migration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere, and Hyper-V.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, VNets, subnets, NSGs, Azure Storage, and Managed Disks.
• Good understanding of Azure networking, VPN, DNS, routing, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Expertise in migration planning, dependency analysis, cutover execution, rollback planning, and post-migration troubleshooting.
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting for automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop migration runbooks, technical docs, implementation plans, status reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support complex migration issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end infrastructure and workload migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure.
• Perform infrastructure discovery, workload assessment, dependency mapping, and migration planning.
• Use Azure Migrate to assess, plan, and execute server migration activities.
• Migrate Windows and Linux servers, virtual machines, and workloads from VMware and Hyper-V environments to Azure.
• Configure and manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Storage Accounts, and related services.
• Troubleshoot Azure networking, DNS, VPN, routing, and connectivity issues.
• Plan and execute migration waves, cutover activities, rollback strategies, and post-migration validation.
• Implement Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor migrated workloads and optimize performance, availability, security, and cloud costs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, security, and network teams to ensure successful migration delivery.
• Develop migration runbooks, technical documentation, implementation plans, and status reports.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and support complex migration-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience leading migration projects and mentoring junior engineers.
