Job summary

Theomnihire is seeking a highly experienced Azure Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead end-to-end cloud migration initiatives and design secure, scalable Azure environments for enterprise apps.

The role focuses on on-prem to cloud migrations (L3 ownership), designing infrastructure, implementing HA/DR and security best practices, and collaborating with DevOps teams to drive automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience in cloud/architecture projects
• Experience with on-prem to Azure migrations (L3 ownership)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or ARM templates for IaC
• Strong understanding of Virtual Networks, Storage, Compute, IAM
• Solid knowledge of networking, security, and system design
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Azure-based infrastructure solutions for enterprise applications
• Lead on-prem to Azure cloud migration projects (L3 level ownership)
• Assess existing infrastructure and define migration strategies and roadmaps
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure performance
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards
