Role Overview

We are looking for versatile Azure professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Cloud Migration, Linux/Windows Administration, DevOps, and Terraform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise cloud migration programs, assessment and discovery activities, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD implementation. The role may involve application discovery and assessment, migration planning and execution, infrastructure modernization, stakeholder engagement, and DevOps automation across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Discovery & Assessment

• Conduct application discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather and document application inventory, infrastructure dependencies, and business requirements.
• Perform application intake assessments and collect migration-related information.
• Maintain application catalogs, assessment reports, and migration tracking repositories.
• Identify application owners, business criticality, support teams, and operational requirements.
• Perform discovery and assessment using Azure Migrate and related tools.
• Conduct dependency mapping across applications, databases, middleware, and external integrations.
• Assess migration readiness, technical risks, licensing requirements, and operational constraints.
• Analyze infrastructure utilization, performance metrics, and workload characteristics.
• Develop migration wave plans and application grouping strategies.
• Provide Azure sizing recommendations and cloud cost estimations.
• Present assessment findings and migration recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Azure Migration & Cloud Transformation

• Plan, design, and execute migration of applications, servers, databases, and workloads to Microsoft Azure.
• Define migration approaches including:
• Rehost
• Replatform

• Retire

• Support migration testing, cutover activities, validation, and post-migration stabilization.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and operational standards.
• Work closely with application owners, architects, platform teams, and infrastructure teams during migration programs.

• Create and maintain migration documentation, runbooks, templates, and migration artifacts.

DevOps & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage Azure DevOps services including:

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using:
