Job summary

Qualifications

• Architect and design Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, and NSGs per requirements.
• Deploy and configure Azure VNets, VPNs, ExpressRoute and related components.
• Implement and manage Azure Firewall, Bastion, and network security features.
• Optimize network performance with routing, load balancing, and bandwidth control.
• Implement Traffic Manager for multi-region traffic distribution.
• Enforce security best practices and compliance in Azure networks.
• Utilize Azure DDoS Protection and threat detection features.
• Monitor with Azure Monitor and Network Watcher; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with security/ops/apps teams and provide guidance.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and SOPs; stay updated on features.
• Obtain relevant Azure certifications to enhance expertise.

• Troubleshoot network-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• In-depth knowledge of Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and Azure Firewall.
• Hands-on experience with Azure monitoring and security tools.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
