Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Network Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale Azure networking solutions. You will create standards, roadmaps, and best practices for cloud adoption, and lead hybrid connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure using VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute.

You will guide migrations, ensure secure, highly available networks, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize performance and cost while enforcing governance and zero-trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Network Engineering, Infrastructure Architecture, or Cloud Networking.
• 4+ years designing and implementing Azure networking solutions.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, NAT, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Strong expertise in Azure VNet, NSG, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Front Door, DNS, Bastion, Virtual WAN, Private Endpoints.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-region architectures and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale networking solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop network architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices for cloud adoption.
• Design and implement Azure networking services including VNet, NSG, Firewall, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, and more.
• Lead hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premises and Azure using VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute.
• Guide migrations to Azure and modernize network infrastructures for resilience and security.
• Define security controls, segmentation, and zero-trust networking principles.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and application teams to support critical apps.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency; perform architecture reviews and capacity planning.
• Establish governance for cloud networking and security compliance; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operations teams.
