Job summary

Outworx Solutions seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure professional to design, deploy, and manage cloud networks across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will configure gateways, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid connections while ensuring high availability and security in large data center environments.

Your role involves collaborating with IT and business teams to implement approved cloud solutions, optimize performance, and drive migration roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Should have hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, configure, manage & troubleshoot network components in a cloud environment.
• Work with business/support teams to understand and deploy approved solutions.
• Recover services from outages and ensure timely performance management activities.
• Provide advanced support to meet SLA/OLA/TAT parameters.
• Assist in architecture, design, and build of cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and GCP.
• Provision and manage Azure Infrastructure ARM templates and Azure Blueprints.
• Design implementation of solutions on Microsoft Platform components.
• Create architectural and migration roadmaps for Azure solutions; leverage tools to automate AWS/Azure & GCP networking tasks.
• Prepare RCA reports and suggest mitigation strategies.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Cloud networking concepts, Cloud Network and Security IaaS & PaaS services on Azure, AWS & GCP and Hands-on experiences of various Azure resources-

1. Firewalls: Azure Firewall, NVA firewall (Palo Alto & FortiGate)
2. Load Balancers: Azure Load Balancer, App Gateway, Traffic Manager, Front Door & CDN (Content Delivery Network)
3. Connectivity: Express Routes, S2S & P2S VPNs
4. Gateways: Virtual Network Gateway, NAT Gateway
5. End Points: Private End Points, Private Link Service, Private Service End Points
6. Base Networking: NSGs, VNET & VNET Peering, Subnets
7. AWS Private Links and AWS Direct Connect
8. Azure Bastion Host, Azure Monitor, Alerts, and Log Analytics etc.

• Knowledge and experience of Private cloud, Hybrid cloud & Multi cloud setups, Azure HCI stack, VMware NSX or RedHat OpenStack would be a great value add.
• Understanding of migration scenarios.
• Technical OEM certifications for cloud environments

Responsibilities

• The key responsibilities are highlighted below. The candidate is
  • Expected to build, deploy, configure, manage & troubleshoot network components in a cloud environment
  • Work closely with business/application support teams to understand and deploy the agreed solution.
  • Key responsibility would be to recover the service from any outage and ensure timely performance management activities are being carried out.
  • Expected to provide advance level of support to be provided for ensuring that the SLA/ OLA/ TAT parameters are met.
  • Assist in the architecture, design, and build of the cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure and GCP
  • Provisioning, managing Azure Infrastructure ARM templates, Azure Blueprints
  • Design implementation of Solutions on Microsoft Platform components
  • Create architectural and migration roadmap for Azure solution. Leverage tools to automate AWS/Azure & GCP networking tasks
  • Expected to prepare RCA reports and suggest mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Should have technical hands on experience for at least 1 public cloud provider
• Knowledge or experience of using Enterprise Service Management tools for automated testing, Monitoring (for OS, Network, Applications, etc.), Event correlation engines, Service desk (ITIL compliance, workflow and Self Service), etc.
• Vendor certification by cloud provider preferred
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills along-with ability to work as an effective team member.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Soft skills Interpersonal relationship management, Time Management

Who Can apply?

• Experience of 7 to 12 Years in the field of IT infrastructure projects & operations, preferably in Data Centers, Large IT Setup, Mission Critical IT Infrastructure in Telecom/ Banking/ etc.
