Job summary

Sopra Steria in India seeks an experienced technical specialist to work on Axway MFT products and integration platforms. Total experience 04-06 years, strong knowledge of Axway MFT (XFB, Gateway, SecureTransport) and SQL databases.

Unix/Linux expertise and willingness to work in shifts across US/EMEA/APAC in a hybrid setup. Candidates should have BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Axway MFT products and related integration tools.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and query writing.
• Strong Unix/Linux system administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support Axway MFT products in a 24x7 environment.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to resolve integration issues.
• Work across shifts to cover US/EMEA/APAC time zones.

Job Description

Technical

• Expertise with Axway Product Suite and other Managed File Transfer products
• with one programming language/scripting·
• Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQL queries·
• Autonomous with Unix/Linux/RedHat/CentOS/AIX etc.

Operational

• Flexibility towards in shifts (US, EMEA & APAC regions)

Soft Skills / Experience:

• Good communications skills - both written and verbal.
• Customer/Front Office engagement experience
• Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills.

Desirable:

• Network protocols & security (encryption / authentication / Certificates). Exposure of middleware technologies
• Good hands on the Axway MFT products (XFB, Gateway, SecureTransport)
• Knowledge of SSL/encryption/Keys/certificates.
• Strong knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S data communication protocols with expertise using any gateway tool.
• Experience working with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations
• Understanding of databases and experience with SQL
• Cloud Awareness- GCS/S3, skills on troubleshooting logging/debugging
• Cloud / Managed Services / Product Support (L2/L3) exposure.
• Exposure on Cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP etc.
• Exposure on Dockers, Kubernetes and Container-based technologies

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech. (Computer Science / IT), M.C.A
