Job summary

Sopra Steria in India is seeking an experienced EDI integration specialist to join our delivery team. You will work with IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, Open Text, and Seeburger to connect trading partners and exchange structured data across X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDOCS and flat files.

This role requires 2–4 years in supply chain or automotive/retail domains, strong SQL and Unix scripting skills, and the ability to operate across UK/US/APAC business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI integration platforms such as IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, OpenText, Seeburger.
• Proficient in mapping formats like X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDOCs, Flat Files.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions such as PO, Invoice, ASN, Warehouse Order and related responses.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain domains, especially Automotive and Retail.
• Working knowledge of data communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S) with Seeburger.
• Experience with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations.
• Understanding of process flow and integration configurations.
• Good grasp of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Unix scripting.

Job Description

Experience and Skills Required-

1. Experience on different EDI Integration plate forms like IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway B2bi, Open Text, Seeburger etc.
2. Good Mapping Experience using various formats like – X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDOCs, Flat Files etc.
3. Knowledge of EDI transactions like Purchase Order, Invoice, ASN, Warehouse Order and Response, Claim and response
4. Functional knowledge around Supply Chain, Automotive industry, Retail
5. Working knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S data communication protocols with expertise using Seeburger
6. Experience working with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations
7. Experience with process flow and Integration configurations
8. understanding of databases and experience with SQL
9. Experience in Unix Scripting

Advantage if-

1. Programming skills in any language (Cobol, Java, Python, C, C++)
2. Good to have Cloud knowledge/Experience

Candidate Should-

1. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Be ready to work in fast paced and Dynamic environment
3. Have customer handling experience
4. Be part of team or work as individual consultant
5. Ready to work in U.K / U.S / APAC shifts
