Job summary

ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Operations & Support Engineer to monitor, manage, and optimize our cloud infrastructure. You will handle production incidents, perform RCA, and ensure reliability across compute, storage, and networking services.

The role requires hands-on cloud operations, security remediation, and cost optimization, with hybrid work (minimum 2 days in office).

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and AWS operations.

• Flexibility to support critical incidents outside business hours and during major project/product launches.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor AWS infrastructure using CloudWatch and ensure SLA/SLO compliance.
• Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot AWS compute, networking, storage, and database services.
• Perform OS upgrades, patching, and security updates on production systems.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure costs through resource rightsizing and savings initiatives.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation using security tools.
• Maintain IAM policies, access controls, and cloud security compliance.
• Prepare incident reports, post-mortems, uptime metrics, and cost optimization reports.
• Communicate technical issues and recommendations effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
