Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited in India seeks an experienced AWS Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud environments. You will implement security controls, automate CI/CD pipelines, and optimize costs while migrating architectures toward microservices using ECS/EKS or Lambda.

Qualifications

• Must-have AWS infrastructure design and security controls.
• Experience with IaC tooling (CloudFormation, Terraform) to provision scalable environments.
• Ability to optimize cloud costs and implement compliant, secure architectures.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps and application teams to refactor monoliths into microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Implement and monitor security controls (IAM, VPC, WAF, Shield) to meet enterprise compliance and audit requirements.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and integrate with GitHub/GitLab for seamless deployments.
• Optimize cloud costs via AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, and Savings Plan strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to refactor monolithic architectures into microservices using ECS/EKS or Lambda.
• Set up centralized logging (CloudWatch, Kinesis), monitoring (CloudTrail, SSM), and alerting systems for proactive incident resolution.
