Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for enterprise clients in India. You will implement security controls, automate CI/CD pipelines, and optimize costs while collaborating with DevOps and application teams.

The role emphasizes migrating toward microservices using ECS/EKS or Lambda, plus setting up robust logging and monitoring to resolve incidents proactively. Onsite work in Odisha is expected.

Qualifications

• Must-Have AWS infrastructure design and deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, security controls, and audit requirements.
• Hands-on CI/CD automation with CodePipeline/CodeBuild and Git integration.
• Cost optimization using cost explorer, Savings Plans, and RI strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Implement and monitor security controls (IAM, VPC, WAF, Shield) to meet enterprise compliance.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline and CodeBuild with GitHub/GitLab integration.
• Optimize cloud costs via Cost Explorer and Savings Plans strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and applications teams to refactor monolithic architectures into microservices with ECS/EKS or Lambda.
• Setup centralized logging (CloudWatch, Kinesis), monitoring (CloudTrail, SSM), and alerting systems.
