Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure. You will implement security controls, automate CI/CD pipelines, and lead cost-optimization efforts across AWS services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with DevOps and application teams to modernize architectures using ECS/EKS or Lambda, with centralized logging and proactive incident monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must-have AWS services and infrastructure-as-code skills for designing, deploying, and securing scalable AWS environments.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and integration with GitHub/GitLab.
• Proficiency in cost optimization, monitoring, and security controls across AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Implement and monitor security controls (IAM, VPC, WAF, Shield) for enterprise compliance and audits.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline and CodeBuild, integrating with GitHub/GitLab for deployments.
• Optimize cloud costs using Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, and Savings Plans strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to refactor monolithic architectures into microservices with ECS/EKS or Lambda.
• Set up centralized logging (CloudWatch, Kinesis) and monitoring (CloudTrail, SSM) with alerting for proactive incident resolution.
