We are seeking a skilled AWS Engineer with 1-4 years of experience who has strong hands-on knowledge across AWS security, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions on AWS.
Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure following best practices.
Manage AWS security components including IAM, VPC, security groups, NACLs, KMS, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty.
Provision and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS environments using CloudWatch and related services.
Build and support data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Kinesis, or DMS.
Ensure data security, reliability, and performance across cloud and data platforms.
Collaborate with application, data, and analytics teams to support business requirements.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Bachelors degree in a technology-related domain such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
2–3 years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud technologies.
AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, SysOps Administrator, or similar) is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
Good understanding of AWS security best practices and cloud infrastructure design.
Working knowledge of data engineering concepts and AWS data services is preferred.
Basic scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience with container services such as ECS or EKS.
Exposure to Snowflake, Redshift, or data lake architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with monitoring, cost optimization, and performance tuning on AWS.
