Job summary

Valuelabs in Hyderabad (Hybrid or anywhere in India) seeks an AWS Developer to design and build scalable cloud-native applications using AWS native services. You will work on serverless architectures with Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions, and backend services in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK, establish CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and drive multi-account governance, security, logging, and cost

Qualifications

• Cloud-native development experience using AWS native services.
• Serverless architecture design and implementation with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions.
• Backend development with Node.js / Python / Java / .NET.
• Experience integrating AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, RDS, ElastiCache) and implementing authentication/authorization (Cognito/IAM).
• DevOps/Automation with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK).
• CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automated deployments.
• Blue/green or canary deployments and multi-account governance in AWS Organizations.
• Secure cross-account access and centralized logging/monitoring.
• Security best practices (IAM roles, KMS, encryption) and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Build serverless apps using Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services (Node.js / Python / Java / .NET).
• Integrate AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, RDS, ElastiCache) and manage authentication/authorization.
• Develop IaC with Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployments and environment provisioning; support blue/green/canary strategies.
• Ensure governance across multi-account environments and secure cross-account access.
• Implement logging/monitoring with CloudWatch/CloudTrail/X-Ray and security guardrails.
• Conduct security reviews and optimize performance and costs.

Cloud-Native Application Development:

• Design and develop scalable applications using AWS native services.
• Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions.
• Implement event-driven architectures using SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and backend services (Node.js / Python / Java / .NET).
• Integrate AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, RDS, ElastiCache. Implement authentication & authorization using Cognito / IAM.
• DevOps & Automation: Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc Automate deployments and environment provisioning.

• Conduct performance tuning and cost optimization.
• Participate in security reviews and vulnerability remediation.
