Job summary

Infosys is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer in Hyderabad with 2-5 years of experience to design and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in AWS DevOps or a similar role.

• Hands‑on with cloud infrastructure on AWS and IaC tools.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring, security, and incident handling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
• Automate application deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, and Splunk.
• Implement security best practices, IAM policies, security groups, and compliance standards.
• Create automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Shell Scripting.
• Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Perform configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Manage source code repositories using Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery of cloud environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and outages.
