Golden Opportunities in Gurgaon invites an experienced AVP/VP Finance Business Partner to lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will drive P&L analysis, build financial models, and partner with business leaders to enable growth and value creation.

This role requires 12+ years of experience, a strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A, and relocation to Gurgaon if needed. The position is office-based with a focus on timely, actionable insights.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven FP&A and business partnering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans and performance reports.
• Analyze actual financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L), revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
