Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short-term and long-term financial models.
• Drive the annual business vertical wise budgeting process and periodic reforecasting.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actual) and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business heads/ Finance controllers of respective businesses to understand operational drivers and align budgets.
• Liaise with senior management to provide decision-making support.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide periodic updates to investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies if needed.

Candidate Details

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Must.
• 10 years of experience in FP&A roles within financial services or related sectors. Exposure to NBFCs, banks, or insurance companies.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in interpreting large volumes of financial data.
