Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑tower technical leadership across Cloud Infrastructure Operations towers
• Provide support for complex, high‑severity incidents and problem management
• Identify systemic risks and drive remediation
• Promote infrastructure as code, scripting, and engineering best practices
• Embed automation into BAU operations such as patching and remediation
• Drive service resilience improvements and reduce MTTR
• Define and evolve operational standards and runbooks
• Lead diagnostics for complex cross‑platform issues across Windows and Linux
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Act as a technical escalation point across teams and influence technical direction

• Cross‑Tower Technical Leadership:
  • Act as the senior technical authority across all Cloud Infrastructure Operations towers
  • Provide support for complex, high-severity incidents and problem management
  • Identify systemic risks and drive remediation
• Automation Engineering Excellence:Lead delivery of automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
  • Promote infrastructure as code, scripting, and engineering best practices
  • Embed automation into BAU operations such as patching and remediation
• Platform Operational Improvement:
  • Drive service resilience improvements and reduce MTTR
  • Define and evolve operational standards and runbooks
• Incident Support Troubleshooting:
  • Lead diagnostics for complex cross-platform issues across Windows and Linux
  • Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Collaboration Influence:
  • Act as a technical escalation point across teams
  • Influence technical direction through expertise and credibility
