Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced S2P-focused leader with 18+ years in BPO/Consulting to drive procurement excellence across multiple regions. Lead a 500+ FTE team, own strategic sourcing, P2P, and contract management, and engage CXO-level stakeholders to deliver exceptional SLAs.

The role requires deep ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and familiarity with Coupa and Ariba, plus strong negotiation and communication skills to optimize spend and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in BPO/Consulting with strong S2P expertise.
• Manage team size of 500+ FTE.
• Strong domain knowledge: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management.
• ERP systems familiarity: SAP/Oracle; using Coupa, Ariba and automation platforms.
• Leadership: stakeholder management, negotiation, communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time, accurate and quality service delivery within SLAs for assigned processes across multiple geographies.
• Identify opportunities to increase existing processes by reviewing lifecycle and new business opportunities.
• Craft diagnostic frameworks and leverage data insights to improve performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding contractual commitments.
• Ready to work in client-specific shifts and manage 500+ FTEs.

Role & responsibilities

Experience: 18+ years in BPO / Consulting with strong S2P expertise. Manage team size of 500+ HC Strong Domain Knowledge: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), E-Sourcing Tools Coupa, Ariba and automation platforms. Leadership Skills: Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication. Responsible for day to day deliverables across clients from various gegoraphies - APMEA, ME, Europe NAM and LAM Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes Identify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and new business Analytical Skills: Ability to craft diagnostic frameworks and leverage data insights. Should be ready to work in client specific shifts. Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client Responsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels as agreed with the customer Drive & compliance with Contractual commitments

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 18+ years of experience, 12 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 500+ FTEs Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes Strategic Sourcing: Identify spend optimization opportunities, execute cost-reduction projects, and collaborate with category management. Client Engagement: Act as SME for S2P, engage with CXO-level stakeholders, and present proposals and case studies.
