Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled AV Support Executive to join our Project Management team in India.

The role requires a strong technical background in AV systems, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AV projects at diverse locations. The candidate will assist in planning and coordinating AV projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, travel to project sites across Gujarat and other locations

Responsibilities

• Assist PM team in planning, coordinating, and executing AV projects.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, installation teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and ensure deliverables meet technical requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and installation updates.
• Provide on-site technical support during project implementation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic AV Support Executive to join our Project Management (PM) team. The candidate should have a strong technical background in Audio-Visual (AV) solutions, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in AV projects. The role involves supporting project execution, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of AV solutions at various project locations.

• Assist the Project Management team in planning, coordinating, and executing AV projects.
• Support the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
• Work with AV solutions such as:
• Auditorium and Conference Room Solutions
• Projectors and Interactive Displays
• Audio Mixers and Amplifiers
• Public Address (PA) Systems
• Lighting Control and Automation Systems
• Digital Signage Solutions
• Parliament and Specialized Conference Solutions
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, installation teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, inspect installations, and ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, project reports, and installation updates.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and resolve AV-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across Gujarat, other locations in India, and abroad as required.

Educational Qualifications

• Any Graduate, BCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech.
• Candidates with a B.Tech specialization or relevant technical background in Audio-Visual, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields will be preferred.
• Candidates must meet the applicable technical qualification standards of Microlink.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and solutions.
• Practical understanding of installation, integration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project-related assignments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
