Job summary

EIL Global in Chennai, India is seeking experienced AV & IT Infrastructure Support Technicians for on-site client locations. This on-call/dispatch role requires 3+ years in AV/IT infrastructure with hands-on troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge.

You will support meeting rooms, conferencing equipment, and end-user devices, coordinate with vendors, and report on-site visits. The position is not full-time; technicians are assigned based on client needs and paid for actual hours worked.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Support.
• Hands-on AV troubleshooting experience.
• Basic networking and cabling knowledge.
• Good English communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AV and meeting room equipment.
• Support Teams/Video Conferencing, microphones, speakers, displays, and projectors.
• Perform AV setup, break/fix, and equipment replacement.
• Provide onsite event and meeting support.
• Perform basic network, cabling, and infrastructure smart hands activities.
• Support laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices.
• Coordinate with remote teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Update tickets and provide onsite visit reports.

• Ability to work independently onsite

This is an on-call/dispatch opportunity and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements. Payment is based on actual hours worked.
