We are seeking a dedicated AV Engineer with a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in providing Level 1 support for audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems in a corporate environment. This is a contract position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Provide Level 1 remote support to end-users as operationally required.
- Deliver end-to-end AV support, including installation of AV setups, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems.
- Setup and operate live audio and video equipment, managing cabling, connectors, and basic rack setups.
- Guide users with step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
- Conduct daily health checks of AV devices to ensure all parameters of rooms are met.
- Education: Diploma in Electronics or ITI.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in AV.
- Communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Certification in Basic AV OEMs is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Office / Corporate environment.
- As per Customer?s working hours.
- Occasional weekend or event support may be required.
- Willingness to travel out of Mumbai for project work.
