Job summary

Qualifications

• Design and develop automotive headlamp and tail lamp components.
• Create innovative and cost-effective lighting design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and review 2D engineering drawings.
• Support product development activities from concept through production.
• Work with thermoplastics and decorative components, including chrome and surface-finish elements.
• Ensure product quality requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including styling, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives related to exterior lighting systems.
