Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. in Chennai is seeking an experienced Lighting Design engineer to design and develop automotive lighting components, including head lamps, rear lamps, tail lamps, and signal lamps.

You will create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5, perform packaging studies and design validation, and coordinate with styling, CAE, manufacturing, and supplier teams. The role requires 3–5 years in automotive lighting design, hands-on CATIA V5 experience, and knowledge of GD&T

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Lighting Design.
• Hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting).
• Experience in Head Lamp and Rear Lamp design.
• Knowledge of automotive plastics, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
