Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites applications for an Automation Testing Engineer (SDET) to drive automated testing initiatives across multiple projects in India. The role focuses on building robust automation scripts using Java and Selenium, integrating with TestNG/JUnit, and maintaining scalable frameworks to ensure reliable releases.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with strong debugging skills and collaboration with developers and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Maven and automation frameworks.
• Experience with API Testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java & Selenium.
• Execute automated functional and regression testing.
• Analyze test failures, identify defects and support resolution.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks.
• Work closely with development and QA teams.
