Job summary

Advance Career Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Test Automation Engineer / SDET with 5 to 7 years of experience in UI and API automation. The role demands hands-on expertise across Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript to build robust automation across UI, API, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work in an Agile team, implement frameworks like POM, integrate tests with Jenkins/Git, and use tools such as Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman, Karate, and ReadyAPI.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, C# or JavaScript.
• UI automation using Selenium / Cypress.
• API and microservices automation using REST Assured, Postman, Karate, ReadyAPI.
• Experience with Cucumber, BDD/TDD and automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD, Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker.
• Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance, load, security, accessibility or usability testing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
