Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, safety) to improve KPIs (Safety, Quality & Delivery).
• Lead new machine installation, IQ/OQ/PQ, commissioning, and validation for production lines.
• Design energy optimization models leveraging sensor data for plant-level sustainability goals.
• Drive standardization vs. customization decisions across sites and implement change management.

Support manufacturing operations by identifying improvement opportunities, automating manual processes, analyzing operational performance, and assisting in the deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions that improve productivity, quality, cycle time, and cost. Develop business cases and ROI models for automation and AI investments, managing project budgets and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, safety) to improve Safety, Quality & Delivery KPIs.
• Lead new machine installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), commissioning, and validation for production lines.
• Design energy optimization models leveraging sensor data, contributing to plant-level sustainability goals.

Drive standardization vs. customization decisions across sites. Implement change management and version control.

• Own MES production support (24x7 model where required) followed by Defining and enforcing Incident management, Problem management, Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Lead critical downtime events and factory escalation bridges,.
