Job summary

• Lead new machine installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), commissioning and validation for production lines.
• Design energy optimization models using sensor data and drive site-wide standardization and incident management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, safety) to improve Safety, Quality & Delivery KPIs.
• Lead new machine installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), commissioning, and validation for production lines.
• Design energy optimization models leveraging sensor data, contributing to plant-level sustainability goals. Drive standardization vs. customization decisions across sites. Implement change management and version control. Own MES production support (24x7 model where required) followed by Defining and enforcing Incident management, Problem management, Root cause analysis (RCA) Lead critical downtime events and factory escalation bridges,
