About the Opportunity

We are hiring Automation Engineers to work on end-to-end industrial automation projects in pharma and food processing industries, involving PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems from design to commissioning.

Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands‑on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming
• Knowledge of industrial automation in pharma/process industries
• Basic understanding of electrical & instrumentation wiring
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience in programming languages such as .NET, VB/VB.Net, SQL/T‑SQL (preferred)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools (added advantage)
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexible to travel and work extended hours when required

Key Responsibilities

• Program, test, and commission industrial control systems
• Select appropriate PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems based on customer URS
• Develop I/O lists as per P&ID and project requirements
• Design and implement control logic for automation projects
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with project managers on scope changes and updates
• Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and commissioning activities
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems
• Ensure smooth project execution through effective coordination
