Role Description:

The Automation Engineer - PLC Programmer (Rockwell Automation) is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar. This role involves designing, programming, testing, and commissioning Rockwell Automation PLC and related control systems for industrial applications, including process and motion control. Day-to-day tasks include developing PLC logic, HMI/SCADA configurations, and control strategies, as well as integrating field devices, drives, and robotics with existing and new systems. The engineer will diagnose and resolve control system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and optimize process parameters to improve reliability, safety, and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, and providing technical support and training to operations staff are essential aspects of the role.
