The AE will automate tasks identified and outlined in the customer's managed services delivery scope, following approved requirements and the high-level design (HLD) document. This pivotal role ensures the delivered automations function properly and meet the overall requirements and customer's expectations. The Software Developer supplies, to build a customer’s solution, in all phases of the software development lifecycle, towards accurately engineered information systems, containing software as the major component, to meet agreed business requirements! The Software Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the delivered software components provide the vital functionality and perform in accordance to the overall requirements and to the customer’s expectation.
