Wellknown in CP Plant is seeking an electrical maintenance engineer with 3–7 years of experience and a Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering. This full-time on-site role involves executing maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine tasks to ensure machine availability.

You will prepare maintenance schedules, analyze downtime, and maintain spare parts records while following safety procedures and plant guidelines. Strong communication and computer skills are required for report documentation.

Formación

• Candidate must have sound knowledge of industrial electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Hands-on maintenance experience including troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults.
• Familiarity with motors, panels, MCCs, drives and machine wiring.
• Experience in routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ability to prepare maintenance schedules and equipment history records.
• Knowledge of FIR and FAR preparation and breakdown analysis.
• Familiarity with spare parts management and inventory records.
• Ability to analyze downtime and performance of machines and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for report preparation and maintenance documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Execute electrical maintenance activities (hardware and software) to ensure machine and equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machines and plant equipment.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance activities as per schedules.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, action plans, and equipment history records.
• Prepare FIR, FAR, and breakdown analysis reports.
• Monitor machine and equipment performance and analyse downtime trends.
• Maintain spare parts details, consumption records, and inventory control.
• Support machine operation and maintenance activities during shifts.
• Prepare daily shift reports and machine/equipment performance reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technicians for timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety procedures and plant guidelines.
