Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a diploma/BTech holder for an onsite industrial maintenance role. You will manage day-to-day plant maintenance, with knowledge of LT/HT electrical distribution, transformers, and switch gears, and you will troubleshoot EOT cranes, machine tools, welding/grinding/plasma cutting equipment.

Responsibilities include breakdown and preventive/predictive maintenance, technical analysis, and coordinating daily operations as a shift supervisor.

Qualifications

• Male candidate with Diploma Electrical/Electronics Engg.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems (LT/HT) and transformers.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Shift supervision responsibilities and heavy fabrication exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities of the plant.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems including cranes, welding and grinding equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and breakdown resolution, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Work as shift supervisor.

Job Profile

He should have

• 1.Knowledge of Electrical distribution system i.e. LT/HT, Power Transformer
• 3.Know how about electrical switch gears and its functions, Importance of earthing etc.
• 4.Knowledge of troubleshooting of EOT cranes, Machine tools, SPMs, Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems etc.
• 5.Knowledge of troubleshooting in Welding machines, Grinding machines, Plasma cutting machine, Air compressors etc.
• 6.Knowledge of Breakdown and Preventive , Predictive maintenance system
• 7.Technical Analytical and communication skill, able to handle day to day maintenance activities of the Plant.
• 8.Need to work as shift supervisor
• 9. Working Exposure with Heavy Engg. Fabrication workshop will be an added advantage
