Job summary

ACG World in Mumbai seeks an Asst. Engineer - Automation Design & Simulation with 3–4 years of experience to execute automation design and simulation for controls systems in line with global regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in automation design for controls systems.
• Experience with prototype machines and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in EPLAN P8 and PLC/HMI programming

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical design documents for prototype machines.
• Design control architecture and panel layouts using EPLAN P8.
• Program PLC/HMI software as required.
• Install and commission prototype at customer site.
• Provide onsite/offsite training and technical support.
• Coordinate with QA/URS and documentation (MIDR, FS, HDS, SDS, ITR).

Job Title: Asst. Engineer - Automation Design & Simulation

Job Function: Automation & Controls

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3-4 years

Objective:- Executing Automation design, and simulation for controls system as per Master reference and Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing electrical design document for prototype machine using as per company standards.
• Responsible for Control Architecture design, Panel design using EPLAN P8 and PLC/ HMI software programming as per requirement.
• Responsible for technical documentation and implementation to meet pharmaceutical product regularities.
• Installation and commissioning of prototype at customer site
• Render onsite/offsite training, technical and troubleshooting services to the customer.
• Selection & development of vendors for control components and to initiate procurement in SAP and follow-up.
• Follow the project work process and maintain work discipline in the department.
• Cooperation with Product Management with respect to URS, Feature list
• Create Master Flow chart/ P&ID from project scope (URS, Feature list).
• Create MIDR, FS, HDS, SDS, ITR documents.
• Support Internal testing, Validation & QA process. Confirm A&C content of DQ, IQ, OQ
• Execution of Software ITR with simulation software before internal testing to report ITR for software.
• Execute control panel ITR before internal testing.
• Create training for Project team and service team.
• Release of master document to central master team for correction of master sources of system

Internal process

• Support Hardware engineering in creating content for IIOT list from EPLAN to release process for IIOT tag list.
• Support Software engineering to create, test & release (version control) project Software (PLC, & SCADA & IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list)
• Co-ordinate with Project Management team for the change control process to meet the delivery requirements.
• Co-ordinate with QA team for the ITR before internal test process to meet the URS.
