Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is looking for an Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in programming and system standardization. The position involves developing PLC, SCADA, and HMI software, with responsibilities including troubleshooting and providing site support.

Qualifications

WE ARE HIRING – Automation Engineer / PLC Programmer / Sr. Automation Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai (Rabale) / Mangaon

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Requirements

• PLC, HMI, SCADA & VFD programming knowledge
• Preferred: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Zenon
• Basic knowledge of Control Panel / Operating Panel / Pneumatic Panel
• Familiarity with 21 CFR, GAMP5 documentation & PLC validation
• Process knowledge in Granulation Line, Blender & Isolator will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Any Degree with hands‑on experience / Diploma / BE / BCA / BSc IT

Job Responsibilities

• Develop PLC, SCADA & HMI software for machine standardization
• Panel & equipment testing and troubleshooting
• System standardization and process improvements
• Provide online site support and undertake site visits when required
• Visit Mangaon plant for testing activities if required
• Handle FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) with customers
• Support automation projects and commissioning activities

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer handling abilities
• Experience in Pharma automation projects will be preferred
