Job summary

Canvendor Software Solutions is seeking an Automation Control Engineer for an on-site role in Sanand, Gujarat. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in industrial automation and be proficient with major PLC platforms and HMI/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities include integration with MES, OPC UA configuration, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities within automotive manufacturing environments such as BIW and Powertrain lines. Immediate notice period preferred.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal and Allen-Bradley RSLogix/CompactLogix/ControlLogix.
Hands-on HMI/SCADA programming experience.
Knowledge of FactoryTalk Optix and FactoryTalk overview.
Experience with MES integration and OPC UA configuration.
Strong troubleshooting skills in PLCs, drives and automation systems.
Experience in FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
Automotive automation exposure in BIW, Powertrain, Material Handling, Battery Line and conveyors.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RS Logix, Compact Logix ,Control Logix, Mitsubishi GX Works,
Hands-on experience in HMI Scada Programming.
Experience on FactoryTalk Optix, Factory Talk overview
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, Profinet, Ether CAT, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA)
Experience in MES integration and OPC UA configuration
Strong troubleshooting skills in PLC, drives, and automation systems
Experience in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities
Having plc HMI, servo VFD Programming experience in the automobile industry, specifically in , BIW, Powertrain, Material Handling system , Battery Line, and conveyor systems.
