Over 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in Test Automation and 5 years as an Automation Architect. Highly proficient in Selenium/Appium with Java, and must have commanding knowledge of Rest Assured/Karate, ETL automation, DB automation, and API automation.

Responsibilities:

Expertise in Maven/Ant, TestNG, Cucumber BDD, and JUnit, Alure Reports, Playwrite
Experience in formulating processes and governance revolving around automation and test management/practice
Ability to create frameworks from scratch as per project needs
Experience with build, testing, and continuous integration tools, and integrating test automation frameworks on cloud or on-prem infrastructure
DevOps CI/CD knowledge is a big plus
Programming skills in Java or Python (preferably Java)
Strong analytical and debugging skills to find the root cause of failures and effects
Experience in leading mid/large size technical teams and providing technical/coding assistance when needed
Awareness of market-leading tools and trends, and the ability to suggest the best fit for customer needs
Experience in customer-facing roles
UI, API, Data automation utility development to reduce redundant manual effort part of project (RPA)
Value added solutions
Experience in publishing automation metrics (ROI, Utilization, Coverage)

Testing Tools: Selenium, Rest API, Postman, Jira, GitHub

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium and Java

Strong understanding of API testing and RESTful services

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills.
