Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Automation Architect with GenAI/ML background to design, develop, and implement advanced automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Python.

You will lead architecture, mentor juniors, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, apply Factory/Builder/Singleton patterns, and explore generative models and cloud/container tech (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing automation architectures for shift-left and no-code/low-code environments.
• Hands-on coding in Java or Python to implement automation scripts.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns: Factory, Abstract Factory, Command, Builder, Singleton.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with generative models (GANs, VAEs) and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with latest automation trends and advancements.
• Interface with Business/Engineering and translate requirements into architectures.
• Experience designing and implementing generative models and architectures (RAG, fine-tuning).
• Programming in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of GANs/VAEs/Transformers.
• Work with large datasets: cleaning, augmentation, analysis.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Automation Architect with Gen-AI/AI/ML background, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation frameworks. • Understanding of generative models, such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformer models (e.g., GPT, BERT for text).
• Ability to work with large datasets, including data cleaning, augmentation, and analysis.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Al, or related fields.

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Extensive experience with Selenium and Playwright for automation testing.
• Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks for Shift left and no-code/less-code environments.
• In-depth knowledge of design patterns (Factory, Abstract Factory, Command, Builder, Singleton) and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Accessibility testing, Test Data management tools or process to handle any one ERP application among SAP, Guidewire, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Oracle ERP (Nice to have)
