Job summary

Bhumika Group is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman for the Delhi/NCR Land Department. The role involves independently preparing land drawings, maps and plans based on Revenue Records and Khasra Maps, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of AutoCAD drafting experience, strong knowledge of land records, and the ability to coordinate with Revenue Officials and survey teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying or a related field.
• AutoCAD certification is preferred.
• 5–10 years of AutoCAD drafting, land mapping, or related experience.
• Experience with Revenue Records, Akshajra Plans and Khasra Maps is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate AutoCAD drawings, land maps and site plans from revenue records.
• Prepare land proposal drawings per Land Department needs.
• Overlay revenue maps, site maps and satellite imagery for accuracy.
• Identify and mark Khasra numbers, boundaries and land features.
• Generate drawings for land acquisition proposals on a daily basis.
• Assist in analyzing parcels and verifying locations and boundaries.
• Maintain records of all drawings and related documents.
• Make revisions to drawings as required.
• Coordinate with Land Team, Revenue Officials and Surveyors for clarification.
• Ensure timely and confidential completion of drawings.

Position AutoCAD Draftsman / Land Survey & Revenue Mapping Executive

Location: Delhi/NCR

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced AutoCAD professional for the Land Department who can independently prepare land drawings, maps and plans based on Revenue Records, Akshajra Plans, Khasra Maps and other land-related documents.

The candidate should have a good understanding of revenue matters and land records to enable quick preparation and analysis of drawings for land proposals received on a day-to-day basis. The selected candidate will work exclusively for the Land Department and support the team in evaluating and processing land acquisition proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings, land maps and site plans based on Revenue Akshajra Plans, Khasra Maps and other revenue records.
• Prepare land proposal drawings and layouts as per the requirements of the Land Department.
• Superimpose and compare revenue maps, site maps, satellite images and other available land records.
• Identify and mark Khasra numbers, boundaries, access roads and other important land features.
• Prepare maps and drawings for land acquisition proposals received on a daily basis.
• Assist the Land Department in analysing land parcels and verifying their location and boundaries.
• Maintain proper records and databases of all drawings, maps and land-related documents.
• Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings as and when required.
• Coordinate with the Land Team, Revenue Officials, Surveyors and other concerned stakeholders for clarification of land records.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of all assigned drawings and plans.
• Work as a dedicated resource exclusively for the Land Department.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of Revenue Maps, Akshajra Plans, Khasra Numbers and land records.
• Understanding of land revenue terminology and revenue-related documentation.
• Ability to read, interpret and convert revenue records into accurate AutoCAD drawings.
• Knowledge of land boundaries, demarcation and land measurement.
• Familiarity with Google Earth, GIS mapping or similar mapping tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple land proposals and deliver drawings within tight timelines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Drafting or a relevant field.
• Certification in AutoCAD will be preferred.

Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, land mapping, revenue maps, land survey or real estate land-related work.
