Qualifications

• CA/CPA preferred but not required.

• Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage client timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Supervise and mentor supervisors, seniors, and associates.
• Resolve complex accounting and auditing issues.
• Ensure audit documentation meets professional and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of audit tools and technologies.
• Coach and develop offshore audit teams supporting U.S. engagements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and workforce planning.
• Identify training needs and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain team morale and utilization during peak periods.

Overview
