Qualifications

• Span of Control: 100+ sites
• Preferred candidate location: Chintamani, Kolar, Hoskote, or Doddaballapur

Responsibilities

• Ensure 92%+ ATM uptime across assigned ATMs, with special focus on Presidential, Platinum, and Gold-tier machines.
• Drive prompt resolution of critical service calls to minimize ATM downtime and customer impact.
• Negotiate vendor quotations and manage spare inventory to optimize costs while ensuring service readiness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service vendors for seamless operations and effective escalation management.
• Coordinate vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor day-to-day field operations, ensuring timely closure of service calls and operational tasks.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to improve ATM availability and service quality.
