Columbia Sportswear Company in Bangalore, India seeks an experienced Atlassian Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) to enable collaboration and automation.

You will partner with engineering, IT, and business teams to build scalable workflows, dashboards, and integrations, and provide tier-3 support while staying current with Atlassian roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional experience in IT/ software environments.
• 3–5 years administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and ITIL practices.
• Proficiency in Jira workflows, fields, permissions, boards, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Atlassian tools across Jira Software, JSM, Confluence and add-ons.
