Olive PharmaScience Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager - Electrical to lead electrical maintenance, power distribution, and reliability within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility. The role oversees electricians, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures safety and compliance across operations.

• Supervise electrical maintenance personnel and coordinate preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance activities.
• Supervise electricians and electrical maintenance personnel.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Inspect electrical panels, motors, transformers, cables, and distribution systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Monitor electrical equipment performance and power availability.
• Support generator, UPS, and emergency-power systems.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Ensure electrical isolation and lockout/tagout procedures are followed.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records and equipment logbooks.
• Monitor electrical spare parts and maintenance consumables.
• Coordinate with Production, Utilities, and other engineering teams.
• Investigate recurring electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support energy-efficiency and power-consumption improvement initiatives.
• Ensure electrical equipment is maintained in safe operating condition.
• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
• Participate in safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Train and guide electrical maintenance staff.
• Prepare maintenance reports and equipment-performance updates.
• Follow GMP, EHS, and applicable electrical-safety requirements.
