Olive PharmaScience Ltd in India seeks a Senior Executive (Utilities) to coordinate daily utility operations and maintenance, ensuring reliable support for manufacturing. You will monitor boilers, chillers, HVAC and related systems, review readings, and drive preventive and corrective actions across Engineering, QA, and Production teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of utilities experience, with a Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Electrical, in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in utilities/engineering roles, preferably in pharma or FMCG plants.
• Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Experience with GMP-compliant facilities is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily utility operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC systems and other utilities.
• Review utility readings and equipment logs for optimal performance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with cross-functional teams.

A Senior Executive - Utilities is responsible for coordinating and monitoring utility operations to ensure reliable support for facility and manufacturing activities. The oversees utility equipment performance, preventive maintenance, operating parameters, documentation, and compliance with engineering and safety standards.

• Coordinate daily utility operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, and other utilities as applicable.
• Review utility readings, operating parameters, and equipment logs.
• Ensure reliable availability of utilities required for operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Investigate equipment abnormalities and utility interruptions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, and other departments.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of utility equipment and systems.
• Support qualification and performance-verification activities where applicable.
• Maintain utility records, checklists, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance service providers.
• Monitor availability of spare parts and utility consumables.
• Support equipment installation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP and engineering procedures.
• Monitor safety practices in utility areas.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and maintenance reviews.
