Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandisers in handling buyer communications and daily merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sampling, Production, Fabric, Quality, and Planning to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Prepare buyer presentations, product catalogs, and professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations.
• Coordinate and manage garment photoshoots, ensuring products are presented professionally for buyers and marketing purposes.
• Maintain style-wise order details, T&A calendars, and merchandising documentation.
• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and shipment timelines.
• Prepare cost sheets, product specifications, and buyer reports as required.
• Ensure timely communication with buyers regarding sample status and production updates.
• Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports.
